Missing! Costa Serena is a community in Oceanside California and residents must be over the age of 55 to live there. 

The homes in this community are typically two bedrooms and one bath and are approximately 857 sq feet in size.  Each home is connected to just one neighbor at the garage, making it live like a single family home.  They have a private yard at the back which varies in size depending on the location within the community.  For instance some of the corner lots are larger.

Over the years some homeowners have added on to the original footprint by adding another bathroom, a sunroom at the back or even the extra room or two.

Another popular update is to change the bath tub to a shower because it can be a challenge for us older people to get in and out of a bath tub!
